Please note that once a digital membership has been redeemed or physical coupons have been removed, the item is no longer eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Ensure your Entertainment Coupon Book is in its original, unused condition and that you are within the 30-day window from the date of purchase.

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Return

  Securely pack your physical book and include the RMA number inside the package to ensure your refund is processed accurately and timely.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
